Scholarship grants will be awarded to deserving students upon recommendation of the Committee on Scholarship, the Dean and with the approval of the College President.

The following are the scholarship grants offered:

Don Matias H. Aznar Full Scholarship (DMAS)
➢ Entry point for graduates with Latin honors

MHAM College of Medicine Scholarship
➢ Given to students who entered the college as DMAS in the first year and who have maintained the required GPA for scholars.
➢ Given to students who were not academic scholars upon entering first year but have obtained a GPA of 2.0 or better.

Scholarships shall be awarded only at the beginning of the current academic year and shall be effective only for the duration of one (1) school year for the Don Matias H. Aznar scholars (DMAS) after which if the student maintains the grade requirement, he/she shall be granted MHAM College of Medicine Scholarship in the succeeding academic year.

Requirements for the above scholarships:

a. Don Matias H. Aznar Full Scholar (DMAS):

➢ Must be a Filipino citizen.
➢ Must be a graduate in the BS/AB program with Latin honors (Summa Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude and Cum Laude).
➢ Must be of good moral character.

b. MHAM College of Medicine Scholarship / Dean’s Lister:

➢ Must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and without any failing grade in any subject.
➢ Must be of good moral character.
